I have many.
My all time favorite would probably be Cowboy Bebop.
It was just so good. The story line was unique and really interesting. The music is amazing, the characters are great, it's just an excellent show.
But then again, I've also got a soft spot for Neon Genesis Evangelion, Hunter x Hunter, Naruto, Death Note, Attack on Titan, Black Lagoon, FMA, and Code Geass.

Oh, it wasn't that bad.
The Rebuild movies were alright, but they didn't give me the same feeling that Evangelion did.
