It says it's designed to be a TV, computer, phone and console.

I thought you could play PC games on it, which was why I wanted it. Now it's just a $500 TV, I have one of those already.

I had all of those already except the TV, I wanted to buy an Xbox ONE so that I could play Steam on it.
Now it's just a $500 TV.
