Then I'd date her to see if she was the real deal or not.
If she actually became a normal girl after dating for a while, then I'd stick with her. However, if she continued being an ODer then I'd dump her as soon as possible.

I'd be extremely disappointed in him for not telling me earlier.
I wouldn't punish him anymore than I would my daughter.
I would tell him to cut it out or else he'll become a social reject.
If he didn't listen then I'd probably ground him for a month.
