But if you have to chose between the two, then dogs > cats

I'd say they're equal. Cats are more independent and dogs can be more loyal. But they both have their own quirks that make them cool.

Cats don't listen very good either
But dogs will listen to everything, even when you tell them to stop barking, they'll listen

Dogs will be more affectionate as well. But they're not all that way. Cats can be affectionate too though.

They're both great pets. If I had to choose, it'd probably be dogs.

If I had to chose between the two, I would go with a dog. I like cats, but dogs are better in my opinion
