I was eating some ice cream when suddenly I felt this sharp pain in my upper arm. It was really weird, and I didn't think much of it at first. But now... Now I feel like there's something stuck in my arm. (Sorry for the detail, but I have to be honest if you're going to help me.)
It feels as if there is a small pebble or something stuck in my arm.
It hurts really bad.
It hurts even more when I try to pull it out.
So, yeah. I need some help with this.
