That depends.
If it's just a simple "book" that doesn't really do anything, then yes.
If you're talking about one of those "realistic" books that you need to actually read through, no.

Well, this is basically what I meant:
An anthology, but a more realistic one. Basically like a book of short stories, but with the chapters being real OTers and their interests.
