I am also poor so it's annoying to me. It's like you have to act poor in order for people to like you. Like you're the poor, downtrodden person who's the most loved. But that's not true.

I'm pretty sure we aren't poor. I mean I guess I am, since my family doesn't have much money but we are okay. My parents work hard every day, and they don't need to be rich.

Yeah, but I don't want money all the time. My parents work hard for their money, but we aren't rich. I'm fine with that. There are richer families than us. But it's just annoying when people say "Oh you're poor. You must be depressed or something. Your parents are probably divorced." And stuff like that.

It's true. If your parents are divorced and/or you don't have much money, you won't be liked as much and will get bullied more. It sucks, it really does.
