@Gato
What if we could be like Dr. Who and time travel in the future to meet these people in the present day?
It'd be a bit easier. >:U

Time travel is impossible because of entropy.

@Gato
What if we created a large enough explosion so that we could jump past a black hole?
Entropy doesn't apply to black holes, they're their own universe.
Or else, we'd just jump past one to travel to another galaxy.

I don't think it's impossible, but I guess we'll never know for sure, huh?
I'm going with my theory.

How can it?
It can only happen in a universe where there is a big bang, or else, there wouldn't be anything. If there was nothing, how could something come into being?
Where did the Big Bang come from?

And what about entropy? I don't see how it wouldn't work...

Because if there isn't a Big Bang, then there'd be no Universe, therefore, there'd be no laws of physics.
So, therefore, it would be impossible to have entropy.
It's the same with time travel, because there are no laws of physics that say time can be traveled in.

The big bang wasn't caused by an explosion anyway.

A black hole is a super dense star that has collapsed on itself due to gravity. I believe it was caused by an explosion. The only thing that causes explosions are stars. Therefore, there would be no universe without stars. Hence, there would be no universe.

It might have been caused by an explosion, but the big bang wasn't. And if it was, then it wouldn't have been a black hole. Black holes are caused by a super massive star collapsing under its own weight, which can happen with any star, even red dwarfs.
Also, just because we can't create a large enough explosion doesn't mean one can't exist out there somewhere.
