I went to the library and got a book about the history of China. The title is "A Concise History Of The Chinese People" by Jacques Gernet.
I also took an interest in some ancient Chinese games that were played using some type of sticks and strings. One of these games is called "Go", and it's said to have originated in China. Another game I looked into was something called "Mancala", which is basically a board game where you put your pieces on this board, and when you hit someone else's piece with your piece, it goes into their little chamber. This is the first time I ever heard of this game.
It's interesting how these ancient games are still around today.
