1. go to app store and download it for free
2. enter your email address
3. wait for an email that says 'pokemon go welcome'
4. open the email
5. click the link in it and log in with your account and confirm it
6. go outside and walk around
7. every few seconds you will see a circle appear on your phone
8. when you're near a circle tap it and wait
9. watch the circle's number go down until it goes to zero
10. congratulations, you have caught a pokemon!
