I am AB-
Anyone with that blood type is a rare donor, and is more likely to donate. Anyone who has an AB- blood type can give blood to all types EXCEPT B+ and O+, as those two types cannot receive blood from any other type.

I would ask for an A- but then I don't think you're allowed to do that.

You probably can't. But that's okay, because I'd never even consider asking for it anyway.

Anyone with AB- should donate as much as possible. The blood type is so rare it doesn't even have a standard letter yet.
