I'm talking in terms of internet websites. I use YouTube for music, video tutorials, ROBLOX videos, etc. It's like Facebook. It's not like the internet, but you're still doing stuff on it.

Just to clarify: You can access the internet with any computer connected to an Internet router with a wireless card or Ethernet cable. YouTube is just a website that has the videos. Like MySpace. If you get rid of MySpace and put it back onto your hard drive, is that part of your PC? Nope. Same thing here.

therefore youtube is part of the internet.
