I'm talking about the things that made you feel sick, the things that make you shiver whenever you think of them. What are those things for you?

"i'm a pretty chill and laid back guy and i don't really do things like that"
I mean this is a hypothetical question, not an actual thing that's supposed to happen.
"I mean i have a fear of heights but i never actually try to jump off something"
What would make you actually jump? What would make you so nervous that you'd want to jump?

Okay, so let's say you're standing on top of a high cliff. Someone comes up behind you, puts their hands over your eyes, then pushes you down. Would you be able to control your fall? Are there any points during your descent where you can grab something in order to stop yourself?

"I'm talking about the things that made you feel sick, the things that make you shiver whenever you think of them."
What I mean is, what are the things that you've already done that made you feel sick and shiver when you think of them?

"Well i'm not very good with heights but i have never actually jumped off something because of that"
Then let's change it to a different situation. Let's say you're in a room with only one door. In front of you are two chairs; one is empty while the other has a gun taped to its seat. You look over your shoulder, and there's a guy behind you with a knife. What do you do?

"I once drank a gallon of water and then ate an entire package of cheez-its"
A gallon of water is roughly equal to about six cups. That seems like quite the extreme thing to do.
