I am on a school computer and it has slowed down again. It was working fine before.

Try restarting the computer or rebooting it.
If that doesn't work, try deleting some data on the computer and then restart/reboot it again.

I tried restarting it but it didn't work. The internet speed is fast too.

Yeah, if the internet speed is okay then there's probably something wrong with the computer.
Try clearing out any temporary files that may have been saved to the computer.
