I'm going to go with Obama. I don't want someone who has never held office before to be elected.

@super
I would rather have an experienced politician than a rookie.

@super
Well, if that's the case, then I'll just vote for a third party candidate because they have no chance of winning.

Okay, well, then I guess I'll stay independent.

You're so dumb. Obama was a Senator for many years and has been a lawyer in his previous life. He has plenty of experience.
But he is a terrible President.
Romney has only been Governor of Massachusetts, but it shows that he can do better than Obama.
Also, Romney is more pro-business than Obama is.
And Obama will raise taxes on businesses.
So Romney will probably be better.

The fact that he has experience doesn't mean he has proven to be a good president.

@Choc
He did save the auto industry, and he ended the Iraq war.
Obama is actually very smart, he's just not doing what he promised.
I think he's pretty much the best candidate there is.
There aren't any other candidates who could possibly take away from him.
So we might as well stick with the one we got, unless we want another Republican to come back into office and ruin us all over again.

@Super
Nope, Obama was right.
He said he wouldn't raise taxes on anyone making less than $250k, and he hasn't.
If you had enough money, you'd pay more taxes. That's just how it works.

@super
No. That isn't what they meant.
It means that no matter how much money you make, the tax will be raised to 30% for people making more than 250k.

@super
It isn't even close to that.
They've been saying that for years and it hasn't happened yet.
Maybe in the future, but not now.
