i've never been in more trouble than i am right now
they're threatening to expell me because they found out i was watching a movie (it was "a game of thrones" so i don't think it's really that bad)
i'm going to try and call my lawyer, i mean principal, tomorrow
but until then
how do i prove they can't fire me without cause?

the movie was on netflix so there's no way they could get proof
i just know someone saw the movie title on my computer screen

i don't want to transfer schools because i'd be going into a whole new school district and that would suck
plus i've never had problems with these teachers before, it's just one teacher who's pissed off at me for some reason and i don't know why

they can't get fired without cause because their contract states that they can only be fired if they're being really bad at their job
also, i'm not sure about this, but i think the contract states that if they do something illegal then they could get fired without cause
i'll find out tomorrow when i call the principal

that's what i thought
but then again, it's possible that he would have a lot of trouble proving that they are breaking the law
plus, i think it's quite clear that they can't legally fire me without cause, so they probably wouldn't be able to fire him without cause either
