your school is trying to say that you were involved with something bad, which isn't true.
you have the right to sue them, they cannot punish you without evidence.

This was an accident, but my school doesn't believe me.
The police came and talked to me, but they didn't tell me anything about who was hurt. The only thing they told me was to call my mom, but she's at work. So I called my dad instead, and he's going to be here soon to pick me up.
I don't want to get arrested for this stupid accident, but it seems like my school wants me to.

My dad finally got off the phone. Apparently a kid got cut on the hand by some glass shards or something like that. The kid had to go to the hospital.
They think I might've done it... I swear I didn't do it...
