I was talking about the fact that there are a lot of people who believe in the Christian God, but don't live up to his moral code.
In response, someone said "If I didn't have religion, then I'd probably be a murderer or something."
Then another person said that if he didn't have religion, he would just be an atheist.
But in the first guy's case, doesn't that mean that he is saying that without religion, he wouldn't be a murderer?
Or does he not know what he would be, and just assumes that he'd be an atheist?
