so we did something called the "area of a triangle" but i dont get it
can some one please explain it to me

ok
you find out how much of an area is inside the shape
then you divide that by two
then you put the answer in an equation, like this:
Area of triangle = (1/2)*base*height
then you use that formula to solve for the area of a triangle
I am a pretty dragon.

i had to do this thing with pythagoras' theorem once
and i got it wrong even though i understood it
i was just like wtf
