I'm safe where I am, I was looking out the window and I saw a car with two guys inside. The car was driving fast and it hit the curb. One of them got out to look at the damage and then ran away. He was running around the block and he stopped to check on another person who was laying down. The other guy in the car came out and pulled out a pistol and shot the guy.
Then they both ran off

I'm in a building, I'm not outside.
I was looking out the window when I saw the car hit the curb and I saw one of them get out to look at it
then I saw him running around the block and then he stopped to check on the guy that was laying down. Then they both ran off.
