i mean nobody in rl uses the word to say hes friends with somone unless theyve known eachother since childhood (which i have only heard happen once)

I've seen it happen on youtube comments before.
Some random girl will say:
"Your video is awesome! You deserve a bro!"
Then a guy will say something like "Hey, thanks for the compliment. This is what you should do to get a free bro..."
So this girl will say "Ok!" and then she'll call the person a bro or something.
Then he will do the same thing again.
But then, another guy says this:
"Stop doing that you idiot!!"
And the original guy says something like "Dude, we're brothers now, so chill out."
And then that other guy says "I am your brother! And I'm telling you to stop being such an idiot."
They start arguing, and I have to scroll down to avoid reading it.
