And they start showing a report about this guy who's been killing women by strangling them.
So the newscaster is saying that he's "the worst serial killer in America" and stuff.
Then some random person called in and said "actually, the worst serial killer in America was Jack The Ripper. He killed 5 women."
The newscaster then asked him who the worst serial killer in America was after Jack The Ripper.
And the guy answered "Jeffery Dahmer!"
