He's screaming now. The kid is totally losing it, I think his mom is gone for good this time. She'll probably show up in an hour or so, but she's been gone a while. I hope the cops come and arrest her or something, because he's just making a lot of noise right now.

The screaming has stopped.
I heard him say "I'm sorry," before the screaming stopped.
I wonder what's going on in there.
It's been about 25 minutes since his mom left, so that doesn't bode well for him.

I've never heard anything like this. I've heard his dad yell at him, but never anything like this.
His dad was always pretty quiet.

I can't hear anything except for a little bit of knocking.
The banging's slowed down.
It's almost as if he's trying to be quiet now.

I just heard him say "I'm sorry." again.
I think he's talking to himself or something.
I hope nothing bad happens to him.
It's been about two hours since his mom left. She might come back any time now.
If she does, I wonder what she'll say when she sees that her house is a complete mess, with broken windows and a lot of blood.
The cops will probably show up eventually, though.
Hopefully they'll get here before she comes home.

He's talking again. He sounds like he's crying. I can barely make out what he's saying, though.
He keeps saying the same thing over and over.
I think it's a song. I don't know why he's singing it while he's crying.
It's kind of creepy, but I feel like he might be in trouble if I don't do anything.

I heard him talk to someone on the phone a little bit ago.
Maybe he called his mom.
I hope everything's okay.
I wonder if the police came.
Hopefully they didn't find anything suspicious because the neighbors are all really nice and they wouldn't want any trouble.
