I grew up in the 1960s and I am one of those people that say peace man. I am not into the new generation.

Jason2926: You know what, I am gonna just leave this thread. You are not understanding that the 1960s were the best time ever. Everyone should get off their feet and listen to some good music from my era. Also, we had the best movies in history. The only reason people hate them is because they cannot accept the fact that the 1960s were better than any other decade. Have you seen the movie Easy Rider? That was a great movie. It came out during the late 60s.

Also, we didnt have the internet. Now that is the greatest thing about the 60s. We didnt have all these newfangled computers to think on! So we actually had to use our brains and actually do something in life instead of sitting on our butts all day long and playing games. Thats why all of us hippies were so cool. We used our brains instead of being lazy.

I also want to say that people should go outside more often. Just sit down on a rock somewhere and enjoy the outdoors. That is the best part of the 60s. All we did is sit around in parks or just lay down in a field and just stare up into the sky. Sometimes I would get some friends together and make a sand castle. It was really fun.
