"How much do you hate your parents?"
I've been asked these questions a lot lately.
Well, I don't really hate my parents. I don't feel hatred towards them.
I just dislike how they act around me, and how they treat me.

Because they're being edgy. They think it's funny to ask others how much they hate their parents.
They're the types who like to make jokes about having no parents or being dead because their parents abandoned them.
