i'm arguing about what to do after i graduate high school.
my mom wants me to go to college and study something to do with the arts, so i can become a professional artist.
my dad wants me to join the military
it's not even that i want to avoid the military, it's just that i'd prefer not to do either of them, but they're both forcing their ideas on me when i have my own ideas on the matter.
but yeah, i think i'm going to be arguing with my parents for a while

oh yeah, also they want me to go to community college first before i get to proper college.
i know a lot of people who've gone there, and it doesn't really seem like an appropriate place for a teenager, especially since there are kids as young as 14 or 13.
