That would be why it's so annoying.
It sounds like someone took a bunch of different instruments and mixed them all together.

i was able to identify like a quarter of it before i got tired of it

I can't hear much other than the drums, saxophone, guitar, and some strange synthesizer sounds.
The music sounds like something you'd hear during a carnival or something like that.
