I said "Batman can't be in it" and then made up some excuse why Batman won't be in it. It was really interesting, especially when I started explaining to them that Batman will never die because he is immortal.

I'm not sure who you're talking to. But I have this opinion.
Batman is a rich guy that owns a company and drives a van.
The only person that will probably see him is Catwoman.
Then, he'll go out as Batgirl and defeat the Joker with her lasso thingy.
