all before September 8th
this is why i hate English classes
they always assign us essays that are due in a week or two
the essays have to be over 400 words as well
all 5 essays are about the same book, but each essay has different requirements and they're all unique.
so like one essay you have to write a summary of what happens throughout the entire book
another essay we have to focus on just one of the characters and talk about his/her role in the book
another essay we have to analyze symbolism, motifs, etc. throughout the entire book
another essay we have to discuss themes in the book and how the author supports these themes with various examples
and finally another essay we have to discuss the style of the author's writing, which includes his use of figurative language (metaphor, simile, hyperbole, personification, etc.)
that's only four essays though, we still have another one where we have to write about an excerpt of the book that has to do with a specific theme (can't tell you because it'd ruin the whole story), and the same rules apply for this one.
i hate the fact that it's due so soon too, i was supposed to start these last Saturday and it's already Monday so i have no time left.
plus, I've been having some trouble reading the book because my eyesight isn't that great (i don't need glasses though) so i really want to get to the bottom of all of this before September 8th.
anyway, i'm going to go try to get the last chapter read before i finish up the other stuff that's required for my English classes, anyone got any questions?

I was gonna get a head start on some of this stuff over the weekend but I had something else come up. Now I'm behind, like usual.
