We'll make sure there's enough food, water, electricity, etc.
We'll build roads and bridges to connect towns/cities together.
We'll make sure that crime is kept low.
We'll create a military (if needed) to help defend the country.
We'll have a government, where people get elected (if needed).
We'll have laws.
We'll make sure that everyone is happy.
Basically, we'll create everything needed to be a successful country.
