If you're in 5th-12th grade, then I recommend you email the principal and vice principal. And if the school allows it, give them the bully's full name. You'll probably have to get your parent's permission, though, since the email could be hacked.

Well, if your parents are too lazy to do that, then tell them to get you a dog or cat. Cats and dogs can be good pets because they're great companions. They may even help you out if you're being bullied. Dogs and cats will always be on your side, which is why they're called "man's best friend" and "woman's best friend".
