And this kid was throwing rocks at me.
Then he started spitting at me and I told him to stop.
Then he started calling me a p## and I reported him.
Then he called me a b@@tard.
I got detention for punching that kid in the face.

i was walking to school on monday and i saw a girl with no panties. then i hit her on the head with my backpack because i like to hit girls on the head. i got detention because i broke a rule

Yeah, it's easy to get detention for violence.
But if you're doing it in self defense, or if someone is threatening your life, then it's not violent.
