i don't get why this keeps getting brought up
anyone can make rules for themselves, that doesn't mean they have to enforce their own rules or expect other people to do so as well
if someone wants to make some stupid forum rules, fine by me; i just don't see how anyone could possibly care enough to actually follow them
i don't think it should be encouraged though when the person making those rules can't even enforce them himself
