I once played a game where it had a mini-game and I accidentally hit a random key that made my character jump and do the spin animation repeatedly, and when I did it was on a live stream by accident.

Once I played a game with my friends and they asked me to go first place and I was playing for 2 hours so I was tired so I died by jumping into a pit and they laughed at me
