Just let the player run around killing things and talking with NPCs. You don't need to add a bunch of different types of magic or skills or whatnot. Just let them do those kinds of things in-game, don't force it on them.

I just want a good RPG for PC where you can really explore the world. Fallout 4 did that pretty well, but it didn't have much depth to its gameplay.
