It's called freedom of speech.
If you can't say the truth about something, then you're just not allowed to be heard and it doesn't matter because people will still hear you anyway.

Oh yeah, and also, if you're going to hate on a sub-forum, you should at least have a reason for doing so. "This sub-forum is bad" isn't really a valid opinion because nobody cares what your opinion is.
