because i'm a christian, and he's an atheist.
i was trying to talk about the lord with him, and he told me that he was going to hell because he didn't believe in god. what does everybody think?

I think most people who say they are atheist aren't really. Just because they don't believe in god doesn't mean they don't believe in a higher power.

Yeah, I don't understand why people make such big deals out of it. There's really no need to be so strict when it comes to religion. I'd rather see people just believe in god than believe in nothing.

i'm pretty much the same way as you are. i just want people to know they're going to hell if they don't believe in jesus, because i think they should go to hell for doing something wrong like that. but then again, there might be people who don't actually mean it and just say they don't believe in god.
