I dunno. It's just gonna take forever. Like, for example, if I was going to build my own house, it'd take me 20 years to finish it. So, I might as well get one built already and not wait 20 years. Plus, I have to pay for construction and stuff too. :P

Well, that all depends on the price. If the price is low, then you would only need to pay less than 5% of the whole total cost, so really, you wouldn't have to pay much, plus you can still build your own house.
