Because some women will tell you that you are doing it for the money when you don't. Also it's easier for men to get laid since they don't have to think about anything besides getting her in the bedroom. Men are more visual creatures while women are more emotional and caring so women care more than men do.

Men aren't as picky as women so even if the girl was a gold-digger she'd give it up. Plus guys are more likely to give her money after you had sex with her than if you didn't.

you should still find a nice girl, even if you don't want to date her.
if you do like her, dating is probably a good option
but you shouldn't get mad at her if she rejects your proposal.

Some girls aren't that great either. It's best to get someone to get in bed with you and then have sex with them instead of wasting time trying to get them to like you. Also there are some girls out there who just want to get laid. Not all girls are gold-diggers.

i've had friends who were very nice and would never say no, but would only give it up to a friend they thought was funny or something

yeah i mean relationships are always serious no matter how you look at it, even when you say they aren't
it's one thing if you're just going to sleep with them and it's another if you're actually going out on dates with them, you're still having serious conversations with them even when you just go to their house, you know?
