For my wisdom tooth.
They didn't have to cut anything, but my jaw was pretty sore after.
So, how's it going with you?

They gave me something to chew on before they took it out.
But then I was awake while they were cutting it out.
It hurt like a mother.
I don't know why I'm telling you this.

I recommend getting the full knockout. Don't even talk or hear what they're doing, because if you do, I think it'll really hurt.
I just had mine out, so I can help you.

I heard that if you are really scared they will give you an extra dose so you won't hear what happens.

That is what happens. They tell you a number from 1-100 and that is how deep they need to go. When the numbness wears off, the tooth starts aching horribly and they said it may hurt for weeks afterwards.
