I'm sick, and she won't let me go out. I just want to sit in the yard and stare at the sky for half an hour or something... I can't even go to my friend's house and hang out for a bit... I hate her.

tell your friend to come over and hang out with you
or if they don't live too close invite them over to your place and play a game together
the only time i stay in my room is when i have to do homework so i understand why you want to get outside
